Hotel Futures is an annual Dransfield Hotels and Resorts  production. This historically accurate long term forecast of Hotel revenues for the ten major cities around Australia, has been published annually since 1997. 


The publication presents long term analysis of occupancy and average room rate, with forecasts on supply, demand and revenue outcomes for these major markets. Our Experience


Dransfield developed shared ownership as an alternative product to traditional resort strata ownership models. Shared ownership is an alternative way to own a holiday home which recognises that is is a second home that is not used all the time. Dransfield have developed a fully licensed managed investment scheme to enable this product.
