Dransfield were appointed by the developer for several related roles culminating as the exclusive lead agent for this complex $700m project, integrating a high-end hotel, serviced apartments, retail and a large format theatre. Dransfield's multifaceted role included significant preparation of the asset before taking to market.

Vibe - One Queen Street, Melbourne
Dransfield was appointed as the lead agent and commercial adviser by the developer of this new build hotel in Melbourne.
Dransfield achieved offer and acceptance above valuation by a way of a fund through.

NEXT Hotel Brisbane
Dransfield were the exclusive lead agent in a complex sale. The engagement lead to the sale of the building for an exceptional price and exceeded the price expectations
Holiday Inn Townsville
Dransfield was appointed as the lead agent to Indigenous Business Australia, on the successful sale of the holiday Inn Townsville for a price well above valuation. Our role included best use analysis, working up a number of alternate schemes, navigating complex planning issues, securing vacant possession and taking the asset to market.

Murray Street 
We were retained by the developer of a 5,000sqm site to develop a 300 room, 4.5 star hotel concept scheme on part of the site to facilitate identifying best use and the sale of land. Key activities included: Market analysis, design development, site feasibility, preparation for sale and discussion with interested parties.
Australia 108
Dransfield was retained as the developer's representative in relation to the design, hotel scheme, exit strategy and operations for the hotel component of the mixed use Australia 108 development. Our role included: feasibility and best use analysis, commercialising the design, formulating a credible hotel scheme with adequate design certainty and much more.
