We were initially retained by IBA to review the performance of its $70m tourism portfolio relative to the market and to identify key value drivers and detractors. This subsequently progressed into the development of a long term Tourism Portfolio Asset Management Strategy and assistance with its implementation.

Vibe Darling Harbour

Dransfield were engaged by the developer of the property to undertake a market assessment to help inform the operator selection process. We were also appointed to assist in the selection of the Architect and interior designer as well as with design development.

The William Inglis Hotel

We were engaged by the Inglis family company to undertake a formal operator selection process for the potential development of new hotel to support the sale yard facilities that they are developing. In addition to the operator selection we have also been engaged to assist with: market assessment, board presentation, significant design influence, value management of the design and EOI's for the architects and interior designer

Sebel Harbourside Kiama

Development management engagement which included a review of operations which led to the replacement of Accor as franchiser with Mirvac. Our role included: managed investment scheme, operator appointment, project completion, project marketing, sale of management rights and Management lots and planning litigation.

Art Series- Asian Pacific Group

We were engaged by the owner to assist with their portfolio ownership and development strategy. Assessment of management structure and review of existing operator performance including benchmarking to comparable operators. Renegotiation of management agreement between the owners and the existing operators which resulted in a significant uplift in value of the underlying assets.
