Next Hotel, Brisbane

Dransfield were the exclusive lead agent in a complex sale. The engagement lead to the sale of the building for an exception price and exceeded the price expectations.

A joint development project from the team which bought us the Eureka tower. The project was a success and Dransfield were engaged to complete additional works for the client.

Murray Street

We were retained by the developer of a 5,000sqm site to develop a 300 room, 4.5 star hotel concept scheme on part of the site to facilitate identifying best use and the sale of land. Key activities included: Market analysis, design development, site feasibility, preparation for sale and discussion with interested parties.

Sebel Harbourside Kiama

We were engaged by the mortgagee of a 90 key, 4.5 star strata title resort hotel/serviced apartment, to assist with debt recovery and divestment. Activities included: preparation of operating forecasts, assessment of debt recovery, selecting a new operator and brand.

Noosa Blue

We were engaged by the developer to assist in all stages of the development of this resort. This involved commercialisation of the design and preparation of operation forecasts to inform the development feasibility and facilitate fund raising.

The Old Woolstore Hotel

Dransfield were engaged as an asset manager before consulting on a wider range of complimentary services which included: Refurbishment advice, developing the first formal operations and marketing plans, preparation of detail budgets and long term forecasts and restructuring the management agreement into a lease
