Dransfield can assist insolvency practitioners to maximise outcomes for their clients. Having decided to focus on all aspects of Hotels and Resorts, Dean retired as a liquidator and can now provide independent advice to other insolvency practitioners who recognise the needs of this specialised asset class. Dransfield work with insolvency practitioners rather than compete with them.

Prior to establishing Dransfield, Dean Dransfield was a registered liquidator and heading the hotel division of Australia’s leading insolvency advisers. In this role Dean managed and sold hotel assets in excess of $1 billion.
