Magenta Shores
Acted for Mirvac in selling the development component of the site and unsold developers stock. Our role included getting the asset due diligence ready including building a data room and developing the information memorandum. Prior to Mirvac's decision to sell the site we also developed and marketed a shared ownership scheme for the sale of holiday homes as an alternative distribution channel in conjunction with "whole" ownership conducted by Mirvac.
Accor Advice on Mirvac Acquisition
Dransfield were retained as the commercial adviser to Accor in it's successful $250m bid for the Mirvac portfolio of over 45 hotels incorporating 6,100 rooms across Australia and New Zealand.
