Accor Acquisition of Mirvac Hotel Portfolio

Dransfield were retained as transaction adviser to Accor in its successful bid for the Mirvac hotel management business. This included a joint venture acquisition of the wholesale fund interest with Singaporean fund manager, Ascendas.

Following settlement of the sale in 2012, Accor extended its lead as the largest hotel operator in Australia, with over 240 hotels representing 32,000 rooms.
