Dransfield were retained as transaction adviser to Accor in its successful bid for the Mirvac hotel management business. This included a joint venture acquisition of the wholesale fund interest with Singaporean fund manager, Ascendas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Following settlement of the sale in 2012, Accor extended its lead as the largest hotel operator in Australia, with over 240 hotels representing 32,000 rooms.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
