Dransfield acted as the commercial strategic adviser to AccorHotels on the $1.2b Mantra bid. The 2018 acquisition of the largest Australian publicly listed hotel company, saw AccorHotels extend its lead as the largest hotel operator in Australia, diversifying its portfolio both geographically and structurally.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Dransfield provided commercial due-diligence across a portfolio of over 130 properties, which were operated under a mix of model types – Management & Letting Rights, Leases, Management Agreements and Marketing Services Agreements. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
