Dransfield have been involved in over 600 hotel and resort enterprises comprising more than 65,000 rooms and numerous food and beverage outlets.<\/p>\n

Dransfield\u2019s resources and experience enables us to provide a wider range of complementary specialist services<\/strong> than many traditional advisory firms.  Services include independent expert reports, development management, day to day operations and marketing programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our team\u2019s experience and training ranges from accounting and finance to property development and asset management. <\/span>Dransfield often share the risk or co-invest with our clients to better align our interests and ensure that any advice or strategy is effective, practical and executable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dean Dransfield <\/h4>\n

Dean Dransfield established Dransfield Hotels & Resorts in 1993. <\/strong>Dean has been involved in the full range of projects undertaken by the organisation involving over 65,000 rooms in more than 600 enterprises.Dean\u2019s focus is on providing forward looking value added advice, a philosophy that created the Hotel Futures series in 1997, which is regularly commented on in the media.Dean.dransfield@dransfield.com.au<\/span><\/a><\/span>Dean Dransfield <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Scot McLaughlin <\/h4>\n

Scot holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Scot has undertaken a wide range of advisory activities at Dransfield including development feasibility assessments, complex financial analysis, development of project analysis templates, applied industry research and operating asset reporting.Scot has developed particular expertise in the sales and marketing process for Dransfield Shared Ownership. Prior to joining Dransfield, Scot worked in the banking sector. Grace Lam <\/h4>\n

Grace joined Dransfield in 2007. Grace’s background is in investment banking, specialising in project finance. Grace has experience across a range of industry sectors including property, transport and other infrastructure assets. Grace\u2019s experience includes commercial and financial transaction structuring, feasibility assessments, risk analysis and transaction execution.During her time at Dransfield, Grace has assisted in the preparation of independent expert reports, feasibility assessments and litigation support. Grace has developed particular expertise in the legal aspects of shared ownership and the Managed Investment areas of the Corporations Act including the issue of Product Disclosure Statements and scheme compliance.Grace.Lam@dransfield.com.au<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Raq Pustetto <\/h4>\n

Raq holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree. Since joining the team in 2011, Raq has been involved in a wide variety of advisory engagements across a spectrum of service streams, with central focus on market research and forecasting, development feasibility assessment including asset forecasts, commercial transaction analysis on both the buy and sell side, as well as a range of related discrete assignments.   Raq is also a primary contributor to Dransfield\u2019s annual market forecast publication, Hotel Futures<\/em>.Raq.Pustetto@dransfield.com.au<\/span><\/a><\/span>Raq Pustetto<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Hayden Longmuir <\/h4>\n

Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in Information Technology.<\/span>Since joining the Dransfield in 2014, Hayden has been involved in a  wide range of projects from market and development feasibility to due diligence  on commercial transactions.
