Dransfield originated a Resort Asset management company that acquired, developed and operated caravan parks to achieve superior returns through better land use. This often involved sensitive sites with leasehold and heritage issues.

Dransfield supervised the development of one resort from a “greenfield” site and the redevelopment of the other two resorts. Once established with a pipeline of future deals Dransfield sold our interests to the JV funding partner.
