The project came from the development team behind the highly successful Eureka Tower.

Dransfield were engaged by the experienced development team to:

Advise them on how to commercialise the design, to meet both the investor and operator markets and integrate with the larger residential component.
This led to the iteration of several major scheme variants, from 300 rooms at the top of the building, to 200 at the bottom of the 100 storey building. Dransfield worked side-by-side with the design and build team to value manage the entire project.
Identified potential operators and negotiated term.
