Dransfield were retained by the developer to add value to a multi-zoned site prior to taking to the market. 

​

The developer was looking to recycle its capital, having completed the Golf Course & Club and the majority of residential lots. The site included a large area of undeveloped land, with a parcel slated for a Resort. The developer had prepared a Resort Scheme and sought Dransfield’s advice on its suitability and how best to maximise the land’s sale value. 

A robust DA approved Resort Scheme was developed and tested to improve income and exit value.
